Yes, we can change the skin tone and text on all of the personalized cartoons. The two options for skin tone are a light skin tone or dark skin tone, In most cases, all of the cartoon characters are the same skin tone. Changing the text is what really makes these personalized cartoons special!! Everyone loves to see their name in print.... EVERYONE! Add a funny saying, inside joke or sentimental phrase and you create a powerful message that perhaps only you and the recipient understand! Proper text phrasing can also transform a cartoon designed for one situation and turn it into something completely different. For instance, my Executive Cartoon can be turned into a Principal Cartoon with the magic of words!!

The licensee of the cartoon images - Friendly Folks, Inc., is working on an upgrade to the software that will allow all of those changes. I don't exactly know when that version will be released, but I can promise you it will be implemented ASAP once available. In certain cases where the hair has white spaces, I can use a highlighter to slightly alter the hair color giving it more of a "HIGHLIGHT" look. If the hair is very thick with no white spaces, nothing will work to change the color. Although I personally have limited artistic abilities, I can add eyeglasses and facial hair if it is absolutely necessary. I do remind folks that this is a personalized cartoon and not a caricature.

I can usually squeeze a few more letters in a text box than what the web site allows. In addition, I can create more text boxes if you have other things to say!

Indeed I can!! I've done many non cartoon things with mouse pads, key chains and refrigerator magnets. Mouse pads are great for family photos, first name personalization, cars, sports or pets. I've done a gerbil mouse pad and an EASTER FAMILY PHOTO mouse pad along with many business logo mouse pads. Key chains and magnets are great for team sports photographs and pictures of loved ones. Do you have an idea for something unusual? Just ask me. I don't bite!

Simple answer.... any and all of the 500 personalized cartoons can be applied to either a matted print, mouse pad, key chain, refrigerator magnet or snow globe. Many of my customers get the same cartoon in a mouse pad and key chain or magnet. I've even had a few folks get the same cartoon as all 6! (I'm not sure why... but I wasn't about to argue with them!!)

I would be more than happy to frame your personalized cartoon print! I can easily frame either the 8 X 10 or 11 X 14 matted print. I do use a fairly basic pre-purchased frame, so don't be expecting something too glorious. Framing typically adds anywhere from $7 - $15 dollars to the cost depending on the size of the frame itself and the added shipping costs associated with more weight.

That is a brilliant question!! Regardless of the medium (mouse pad, key chain, magnet etc...), a clever marketing person can see the benefit in using a unique tool to grab his/her customers attention. Examples? An Orthodontist gives away a mouse pad with his/her business information on it as recognition of a "JOB WELL DONE" whenever a patient gets their braces removed. How about a Real Estate Agent giving away a matted print as a closing table gift.... or an RV Dealer giving away a key chain each time they sell a vehicle? The possibilities are endless! So many of my cartoons have a "professional" angle to them. You are only limited by your imagination. One final example has to do with my personal CPA. Whether his clients picked up their taxes or he mailed them, everyone received a personalized cartoon mouse pad from him! They were a hit!! Think about it.... how many business cards have you thrown away over the years? Me, I've thrown away hundreds, maybe even thousands of them. I promise you that none of those accountant cartoon mouse pads will hit the circular file. I know what you're thinking, "isn't a mouse pad more expensive than a business card?" You bet it is! But I'd rather spend more of my advertising dollars on an item that will be right at my customers fingertips for hours each day, rather than a business card that might be used to scribble a shopping list on or get tossed out next wallet clean-out day!

International shipping varies greatly from country to country and depends alot on the weight. For instance, I charge $3.50 for a mouse pad to be delivered to my friends in Canada. This same mouse pad costs $6.50 to go to Australia!!. I have my shopping cart set up to charge a flat rate which is usually more than necessary. I'm not in the business of gouging people on shipping so if I see that too much has been charged, I'll simply refund some of your money. I've done it dozens of times already!

I like to tell folks that I'm maniacal about fast shipping. I HATE TO WAIT for things when I order over the internet and I try to be as sensitive to that as possible. It is not unheard of for me to ship out your product the same day you place your order. I have total control of the "creation process" so I determine what gets done and when. I typically us USPS Priority Mail for shipping because they excel pricewise in this weight catagory. I've had great luck with them in the past and I have confidence this relationship will continue for quite some time.

I get asked that all the time! If you've been paying attention and have read the other questions, it would be clear to you that (sadly), I'm not the one who draws these cartoons. I'm a dealer for a company called Friendly Folks and I am licensed to distribute their cartoon images using specialized software that only they can distribute. I do have limited talent that enables me to (grudgingly) make minor changes to a cartoon on a case by case basis.
